Why Reef Stable Coral are Different
- Accurate Photos: Pictures of coral are edited only to closely represent what the coral will look like in your reef tank, no intentional oversaturation to try and make quick sales.
- Aquacultured Coral: Reef Stable places it's focus on aquaculture first. Any wild-collected coral goes through a full quarantine and dipping routine, and is placed on the farm for a period of time before selling.
- Top-Notch Customer Service: All coral is guaranteed to arrive alive, but when it doesn't, we take care of you. Unlike a number of other retailers that go missing as soon as something goes wrong, Reef Stable will take care of you!
Zoa Coral Care & Placement Tips
Zoanthids are a typically easy to care for coral with very simple care requirements. Zoas typically like lower light, between 50 and 150 PAR. Usually this means that the coral is placed lower in the tank.
Zoas do like some flow, enough to keep them free of detritus. If the Zoanthid coral remains closed, you may have too much flow. Ocassionally zoanthis will eat small foods and amino acids, but this typically requires direct feeding with the flow turned off, and is not required as they are fully photosynthetic.
What Other Reefers Are Saying
About Reef Stable
Reef Stable was initially founded in 2019 as a reef tank parameter log to fill a need. Reef Stable quickly grew, becoming a location to solve all of your reef tank problems as well as a place to learn.
Reef Stable now provides a Reef Blog, Reef Aquarium Guides, Coral Care Guides, Identification and Solutions for Pests and Algae, and Reef Dosing Calculators, in addition to the original Reef Parameter Log.
Reef Stable continues to grow, striving to provide a single location for all your reef tank needs!
